4 out of 5 starsFrixion pens remove the ink on the paper (lines/boxes/calendar) along with the pen’s ink. I’m glad I bought this notebook for myself before gifting to coworkers who exclusively use Frixions. Not much tooth to the paper—ballpoint pens may smear. But the paper is a wonderful weight! Cover color is true to the item description.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Estimated ship-by dates vary by product and are noted in the product listing. If you’ve already placed an order, you can find the estimated ship-by date for your order in the confirmation email that you received from Etsy shortly after placing your order. You can also find this information in your Etsy account under the “Purchases & Reviews” heading.
All of our products are made to order and require some amount of production time that is separate from shipping transit time. Most items are ready to ship in about 5-10 business days. Check individual item listings for specific processing time estimates.
Will you send a design proof?
Design proofs are sent for guest book purchases only. We’re occasionally able to provide proofs on other items but this will slow processing time and may delay your ship date. Reach out via Etsy message to request a design proof and confirm availability.
On guest book orders, production will not begin until the proof is approved. If we don't hear back from you, we'll send two follow up messages. If we still haven't heard from you after the follow-up messages, your book will go to production as-proofed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of when we receive the order. Orders already in production and digital download orders can not be cancelled.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Damaged or defective items will be replaced with an identical item. No exchanges or design changes can be made on defective items. Please contact us immediately if there's a problem with your order. To expedite a reprint, send photos of the damaged item. Note that we don’t offer reprints due to spelling or grammatical errors in the text you submit with your order. Be sure to double-check your personalization before submitting your order.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Orders can sometimes be changed as long as production has not begun. Reach out via Etsy message as soon as possible to request changes. Not all changes can be accommodated and may require cancellation and reorder.
Can you customize the interior pages of a notebook?
We’re not offering custom interior pages at this time, but please send an Etsy message with your request to be considered for future product updates.
